\tDear colleagues,<\/p>\n
\tOn the basis of Article 24(4) in conjunction with Article 24(1) and (5) and (6) of the Statutes of the Bulgarian Medical Association, I hereby convene an Extraordinary General Assembly of the Regional College of Medical Assistants and Paramedics Plovdiv, to be held on 28 November 2024 (Thursday) at 2 p.m. in Plovdiv, 86 Ruski Blvd., fl.3.<\/p>\n
With the following agenda:<\/p>\n
1.Election of the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Regional Board of BULAF \u2013 due to the resignation of the elected member of the Constituent Assembly.<\/p>\n
2.Other \u2013 according to current professional issues.<\/p>\n
According to Article 24(6) of the Statutes, the meeting should be held on a delegate basis \u2013 1 representative of three members, and according to the quoted text, delegates should be elected for the previous general meeting or authorised persons.<\/p>\n
For information, the CR is currently composed of 62 colleagues who have submitted applications for registration and, in this sense, the legal conduct requires a quorum of at least 20 delegates.
\nIn the absence of such a meeting, the meeting will take place at 3 p.m. on the same date and time and with at least half of the delegates present.
\nRemote participation is possible with guaranteed telephone or internet connection.<\/p>\n
