An Extraordinary General Meeting is convened on 01.12.2024. From 11:00 in the hall of the Flora Expo Center - Burgas - Primorski Park<\/p>\n
With the following agenda:<\/p>\n
1. Adoption of the Constituent Act (Statute) of RC-Burgas
\n2. Changes in the composition of the Board
\n3. Adoption of CFW spending rules
\n4. Other<\/p>\n
According to Art. 24, para. 6 of the Statutes of BULAF, the meeting will be held on a delegate principle - 1
\nA representative of 3 members. Currently RK-Burgas is formed by 151 colleagues, who are
\nfiling applications for registration and holding the meeting requires a quorum of at least 50
\nIn the absence of one, the meeting will be held from 12 o'clock on the same date in the presence of
\n at least half of the delegates.<\/p>\n
