Convening of a General Assembly of the Regional College of BULAF Kardzhali<\/p>\n
Dear colleagues,<\/p>\n
The Management Board of RC BSLAF, Kardzhali, at its meeting, decided: on the basis of
\nArt. 24 (2) of the Statutes of BULAF, convenes an Extraordinary General Assembly of the Regional College
\nKardzhali on 3 December 2024 (Tuesday) at 12:00 in Kardzhali, 2 Gen.Vl.Stoychev Str.
\nRHI building \/ with the following agenda:
\n1. Adoption of the Constituent Act \/Statute\/ of RC-Kardzhali.
\n2. Election of delegates for the Congress of UCLAF on 07.12.2024
\n3. Adoption of the operating rules of the RoC Management Board and Committees;
\n4. Others.
\nAccording to Art. 42(1) of the Statutes of BULAF, the meeting should be held in delegate
\nprinciple \u2013 1 representative of three members. Currently RK-Kardzhali is formed by
\n110 colleagues who have submitted applications for registration and the holding of the meeting
\nIt requires a quorum of at least 40 delegates.<\/p>\n
