From the Board of RC Plovdiv
Dear colleagues,
On the basis of Article 24(4)(1) and (6) of the Statutes of BSAF, the Management Board convenes an Extraordinary General Meeting of RC Plovdiv, which will be held on 17.02.2026 at 17:00h in the office of RC, located on Ruski No 86 fl. 3, on the occasion of Article 25. Paragraph (1), subparagraph 2, subparagraph 3, subparagraph 5, subparagraph 7.
Agenda:
1. Report on the activities of the Board of Directors of RC Plovdiv.
2. Adoption of the Annual Financial Statement (AFA) for 2025 of the CFW.
3. Adoption of draft CFW budget 2026
4. Choice of delegates for the RoC GA.
5. Dismissal of a member of the Board and election of a new member of the Board.
6. Removal of the previous Chairman of the Board of Directors of the RoC.
7. Submission for approval of a project for future trainings of members of the
RC.
8. Discussion of issues related to BSLAF and RC Plovdiv.
9. It's all sorts of things.
By decision of the MB of 10.01.26d Protocol No1/26d.
We invite Mr. Alexandrov, Chairman of the Board of BULFA, to take part in item 8 of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Assembly of RC Plovdiv.
