Regional College of Medical Assistants and Paramedics Plovdiv

Dear colleagues,

On the basis of Article 24(4) in conjunction with Article 24(1) and (5) and (6) of the Statutes of the Bulgarian Medical Association, I hereby convene an Extraordinary General Assembly of the Regional College of Medical Assistants and Paramedics Plovdiv, to be held on 28 November 2024 (Thursday) at 2 p.m. in Plovdiv, 86 Ruski Blvd., fl.3.

With the following agenda:

1.Election of the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Regional Board of BULAF – due to the resignation of the elected member of the Constituent Assembly.

2.Other – according to current professional issues.

According to Article 24(6) of the Statutes, the meeting should be held on a delegate basis – 1 representative of three members, and according to the quoted text, delegates should be elected for the previous general meeting or authorised persons.

For information, the CR is currently composed of 62 colleagues who have submitted applications for registration and, in this sense, the legal conduct requires a quorum of at least 20 delegates.
In the absence of such a meeting, the meeting will take place at 3 p.m. on the same date and time and with at least half of the delegates present.
Remote participation is possible with guaranteed telephone or internet connection.
