pursuant to Art. 24, para 4 in conjunction with para 1 and para 5 and para 6 of the Statutes of BULAF I convene
Extraordinary General Assembly of the Regional College of Medical Assistants and Paramedics
Plovdiv, which will take place on 12.03.2025. From 14.30 in Plovdiv, 86 Ruski Blvd., fl.3.
With the following agenda:
1.Election of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Regional Board of BULFA.
2.Selection of the Chairperson of the Professional Ethics Committee.
3.Report on the income and expenses of the Regional College.
4. Other
According to Article 24(6) of the Statutes, the meeting should be held on a delegate basis – 1
a representative of three members, according to the quoted text, delegates should be elected
for the previous general meeting or authorised persons.
Failing this, the meeting will take place at 3 p.m. on the same day.
and time and in the presence of at least half of the delegates.
Remote participation is possible with guaranteed telephone or internet connection.
