Hristo Ivanov
In 2018, Hristo Ivanov graduated from the first class of the Medical Faculty of Trakia University, Stara Zagora, with a degree in Medical Assistant, EQD of Bachelor, and in 2022 defended a Master’s degree in Health Management at Burgas Free University. He holds numerous certificates related to the work in emergency medical care, including emergency medical care by air.
From 2018 to 2020, Hristo Ivanov worked as a doctor’s assistant at the Cardiology Clinic and in the Emergency Department of Uni Hospital Hospital Hospital in Panagyurishte. Within the remit of the profession, it is responsible for active monitoring and treatment of critical patients during invasive interventions and subsequent stay in the Intensive Sector. Since 2018 it has been
Head of a subsidiary of CSMP Pazardzhik - FSMP-Panagyurishte. Within the remit of the profession, emergency medical care is provided on the ground. Responsible for the overall organization of
the activity and working regime of the FSM Panagyurishte. Since 2023, he has also worked as a medical assistant in GP practice.
In 2024, he was elected Secretary General of the Bulgarian Union of Medical Assistants and Paramedics.
He was honoured with an award in the category ‘Emergency team from the CMS/CO, who showed high professionalism with quick and adequate action in the case of a patient with a life-threatening condition’ at the 2024 Annual Emergency Medical Awards.
